Blocking pedestrians from passing on pedestrians walkway

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Overcrowding category anonymously at 12:20, Sun 23 October 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3907919.

Vehicles are parking on the pedestrians walkway area and there is no space for wheelchairs to go through. This single buggy can barely pass because of the van. Double buggies can’t pass in the spaces because of no access. They are illegally blocking access on a pedestrian area daily.
