Works vehicles in cycle lane

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3909934.

Very frequently works vehicles working on the site to the east of the road have been parked in the cycle lane during the morning rush hour. This means cyclists are forced into a very dangerous manoeuvre into the main carriageway with flowing traffic before the traffic light, and must then turn right across another lane of traffic to get into the cycle lane on the other side.
