Lights on the underpass Harvard Hill to Harvard Road The lights in the above underpass have not been working for the past week. It is pitch black and dangerous down there and with the blockages on the roads in this area due to the work on Cromwell Railway bridge walking is the only sensible alternative from Grove Park to Chiswick High street. Furthermore, this underpass is used extensively by primary school children and their parents to access a number of schools in Grove Park.

I reported this safety issue (A4 HARVARD HILL SUBWAY) lights not working to TFL on 21st October 2022. TFL reference above. To date 1/11/22 the fault has not been fixed the area has been made even more hazardous by you trying to barricade the entrences using plastic barries tied up with plastic cable zip ties. The public have broken the flimsy cable ties to gain access to the subway.

There should be a notice about it, pointing to next underpass and saying it's TFL and giving a timescale for repair.

There are barriers across the steps from the A4 subway to Harvard Road. The ramp can be used but the steps can’t be used. Why ?

This photograph shows how dark it was last night coming out of the subway towards Harvard Hill. The lights on Harvard Hill must be fixed immediately before there is an accident or an incident
