Caller reporting that he cut his head on a displaced Red Route sign on turning the corner into Lechmere Approach (LBR ref.711959)

Cut top of head on 31/10/2022. on road sign at 2a lechmere approach.. needed STERI-STRIP.to help to stop bleeding ,also took strong painkillers to relieve pain as of today 02/12/2022 the sign on the post is still at the same height when i had accident i await claim form for accident to my head thank you..Mr FRANK EVERITT.
