No shelter or Roundel signed post

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3922920.

An accident more than 6 months ago left the original shelter and post damaged beyond repair and it was removed, it is yet to be replaced, there are road markings but some bus drivers(Route 169) ignore the stop because there is no sign or shelter. When can we expect a new shelter, route 169 Mossford Lane towards Clayhall The Glade, I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue in central London or more affluent neighbourhoods.
