I cannot get out of the house onto the pavement as it's under water. I can't even see where the kerb is as the bus stop is unusable for 10 metres.

The rain is shortly going to flood down into my home as the rain continues to fall and no action was taken to reports last week. I am disabled and wheelchair bound, how am I to deal with floods caused by streets not being cleaned and leaves not swept for 2 months.

The water level is not changing beyond what traffic moves. Gate is boarded to slow water into property. This is not new. 2021 I was told drain is silted up and pumping out will not clear. Flooding occurs every year and nothing is done.
