Recurrent flash flooding
Reported via mobile in the Standing water category anonymously at 16:54, Sat 5 November 2022
Sent to TfL 4 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS3941249.
Another episode of flash fladding on Wednesday 2nd of november saw Mandeville Court ground floor being flooded with all 4 flats affected. This has been reported to TFL for over 2 years now with no resolution being put in place by TFL. TFL customer, FOI, Members correspondence and asset operation teams have been notified more than 30 times over the past 2.5 years with no action being taken.
This matter has been escalated to the Mayor of London, Council, MP and Ombudsman without results.
When will this be sorted? We need the north driveway access to be redesigned to impede water flowing over it and if not feasible for the curb to be raised altogether. We also need the island of fincley road to be extended to avoid water coming down from langland gardens being directed into Mandeville Court's driveway
When will TFL do something?!?

It is with another department in TfL who is looking to resolve this with a larger project.
