I’m absolutely furious, I have tried to call to log blocked drains on Addiscombe Road and can never get through to anyone. Following the heavy downpour today, the road outside my property is flooded and water coming through into my property. I can’t even log a blocked drain on this portal. Someone needs to come out NOW to sort this. I will be making a complaint first thing tomorrow morning about this!!

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
