Footpath under A406 flooded and blocked

The drainage is blocked and relatively small amounts of rain is leading to the footpath being blocked to pedestrians and cyclists. This is under the A406 in the footpath leading from Roding Lane South to Elmcroft Avenue in Roding Valley Park.

There is no alternative pedestrian route for families to get children to school and results in considerable taxi expense.
