Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3945054.
During high winds in February this year, I e mailed you to let you know that a large piece of hedgerow had fallen down and was blocking access. But to no avail my husband and and some other residents lifted it back into the hedgerow as it is still attached to the roots. This still has not been removed. I tied a red ribbon onto it so it could be located. Now yesterday another large piece fell in the winds blocking the road again, once again my husbands and I pulled onto the grass outside 152 Edgware Way. The hedgerow was cut back at the bottom about six weeks ago assuring us that a levelling machine would be coming the week after, this never happened. The hedgerow is so tall it has become vulnerable and dangerous to the residents and users of this road. I would like to point out that if this had hit someone it could have been catastrophic. Surely it is time to act
