Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3950442.
There is a dead deer on the grass verge of the slip road coming onto the A12 from M25 junction 28, heading towards Gallows Corner. It has been there since October 15th. I reported this to Havering Council but they have said its under TFL. Please can you kindly remove the deer. Someone has covered the body part up with a cream blanket. See photo
