When it rains heavily, water funnels down the pavement and pours into the front garden. Yesterday the flooding actually came up too, and breached to the front door, resulting in water inside my property. There is a drain next to my property but due to the pavement structure, most water isn’t being directed towards that drain. The pavement needs an additional drain putting in and / or banking on the pavement to direct the water properly.
Additionally, the drain on the road wasn’t draining properly, resulting in a large puddle exacerbating the problem.
