Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3952792.

@TfL when are the digital bus timers going to be sorted out at bus stop K station rd the green? Constantly counting down to a minute and then the bus disappears off the screen! It’s 4 stops from the station! Frustrating doesn’t cover it!

  • The Bus route 313 is unreliable. There is no way to know at what time this bus will pass by, the timing on the screen as well as on the TfL app are never right. There are often waiting times of over 30 minutes, sometimes one hour between one bus and the other. In 2022, in a metropolis like London it is incredibly frustrating having to wait so long and being unable to know if it’s worth looking for an alternative route considering there is never a correct estimate time of when the next bus will arrive. Please try your best to fix this issue for the many people that have to commute to go to work using this route. Thank you in advance.
