If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within one hour. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.   • Drain grid is sticking up in road on north side and would take out a motorbike or car wheel if it hit it
