Excessive amount of debris on cycle lane

Ongoing issue - There is again excessive debris ( stones and mud ) on the east bound cycle lane close to Springwell Road junction.This is caused by the lack of kind of kerb / blocks between grass and cycle lane. Every time it rains consistently, the soil comes down to the cycle lane
