Amber light wire exposed

Reported via mobile in the Damage - wires exposed category anonymously at 22:39, Thu 10 November 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3955349.

The amber light on the traffic lights appears to have fallen out of the actual traffic light black casing. Some wire appears to be exposed as a result, with the amber light not functioning. This is on the traffic lights in northbound direction of travel, at the junction of ELGIN CRESCENT and LADBROKE GROVE. I observed this defect at approximately 14:00 on Thursday 10th November 2022.
