Pothole next to drain cover

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3962317.
Has emerged in last few weeks. about 12 by18 inches. punctured and buckled my bike wheel and nearly caused a major accident by falling off my bike

Pothole has been “repaired “ once before This is such a dangerous part of the road as you don’t see it easily and cannot avoid it. Someone is going to be seriously injured. This obviously wasn’t repaired properly last time. Pleas can a repair be made permanent not just filled in with a bit of gravel !!

It is now 24th November and the pothole is getting bigger after all the rain. It was also obscured by the puddle. I nearly came off my bicycle as i hit it.
