Traffic lights recently adjusted making huge traffic

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3966381.

Traffic light on red , when gets green is for less than 20 seconds only allowing 4-5 cars to pass. Please adjust immediately to allow at least 15 cars as used to be like this allowing 15 / 20 cars, as the entire area now becomes gridlocked with traffic all the way down to Heathland Road and beyond Seems like the issue is for around 2 weeks now,
