Drains not fit for purpose on A20 Sidcup Bypass

Rain water is collecting outside our houses due to blocked drains, as traffic passes by on the 40mph dual carriageway they send the rain water down into our front porches, trapping us in our houses and sending the flood water into our garriages and beyond. Have observed cars swerving into adjacent lane from nearside lane to try and avoid the immense water that is gathered, thereby causing a hazard with cars in adjacent lane. The flooding in our houses due to this critical drain defect is damaging our properties, causing rising damp, mould and stress for our families, please investigate the drains and why the rain water stagnates outside our properties.
