Traffic lights not working (dangerous for school pupils)

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 12:13, Fri 18 November 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3974626.

The pedestrian lights are faulty, these are used for the local school to cross over 1600 pupils every hour throughout the day, the lights are only staying on the green man for 6 seconds, they always stayed on for about 30 - 40 seconds.

I am from Surbiton High School and we use this traffic light Mon - Fri to safely cross our pupils.
