Mill Road - Ilford Hill Stuck on Red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3984846.

Same issue again. Fixed a few weeks ago - but lights are once again stuck. Not the light on the dot, but the light at the end of the road, traffic is backing up through the single lane rail tunnel and causing jams along Mill Road. Cars are currently mounting pavements, mopeds driving on the pavement. Cars jumping red lights to get through. I will keep reporting this until it's properly fixed.
