Light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3985500.

The lights are the cause of a lot of problems and with the nursery in the corner, I fear a major accident will occur soon if the lights aren't fixed, because motorists get fed up and start cutting in between the lanes to exit. This problem has been reported since 2020 and not fixed since. It's a shame.
