Updates

  • I note having been at the location that the drain cover has now been secured. However as advised I’ve suffered injury (cut and bruised / swollen knees) that are causing me pain when sitting, getting up, walking upstairs or needing to walk fast. I usually cycle and run on a daily basis but cannot. The little finger on my right hand is also bent. Should I contact a law firm to find out why this cover was not secure I. The first place? It was unsafe and you had a duty to maintain it. Had an older person been in my position they’d have been hospitalised. I have a witness to the event who is happy to confirm exactly what I’ve said. No doubt you have access to CCTV footage too
