Leak from Westway, possible structural issue

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3989882.
This leak is in the Bay next to Bay 66 in Acklam Road. It is not numbered but has the CT west way community buses in it. Pretty sure it will only get worse with a few frosts. I’m not even sure whether there would be any water mains within the road as there are no properties for it to serve, so it may be a structural issue.
