Surround of drain cover has collapsed. Causing drain cover to lift when driven over

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3993610.

Surround of drain cover has collapsed again. Rubble from drain surround is on the road and drain cover is rocking/moving when traffic drives over it. It is very dangerous and noisy.

  • The manhole cover is now collapsing under the weight of the vehicle going over it.

    Traffic management cones (two) have been placed by the manhole cover to force traffic off it, creating a dangerous area for traffic to go passed. At times of heavy traffic, vehicles are forced to emergency brake to avoid colliding with vehicles entering the offside lane, southbound on Hanger Lane (North Circular), avoiding the hazard ahead of them.

    Needs urgent attention.
