Bus stop complete destroyed

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3995098.
Bus stop has been completely destroyed by vehicle hitting it (hit & run accident) overnight, damaged to surrounding pavement and property as a result. Debris in road and on pavement cleared as best can, but is blocking pavement.
Your report has been investigated and we have reported this to our contractors. If this is confirmed as a safety issue, we will do our best to make safe within four hours. Otherwise we aim to fix it within 28 days. If new parts are needed this may take a little longer. Temporary repair to paving has been broken and is now in dangerous state, major trip hazard. Also some buses are failing to stop as there is no temporary bus stop, whilst awaiting longer term replacement.
