These traffic lights are completely out

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4009080.

These lights have been completely out all day and they are right outside a primary school and a new housing estate. It is very dangerous as no one is stopping to let children cross the road and cars are also pulling out from the new estate at the t junction and they don’t stop or slow down for the children. There will be a serious accident if they are not fixed urgently.
