Traffic light is stuck on red but only in the early hours of the morning eg 7am

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4013132.
The faulty traffic lights are on Bayswater Road (west bound), filter to turn right into Queensway (B411).
Whilst the traffic lights work fine during the busy hours (probably whist on timer), they do not switch from red to green during the early hours of the morning - no natter how long I waited. It seems to switch sometimes with HGV vehicles but not with an average car, so maybe the sensor is faulty. This has been the case for at least 6 weeks.
