Two streetlamps on single pole 0586 are out
Reported via desktop in the Single Light out (street light) category anonymously at 22:22, Sat 3 December 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4013162.
READ THIS CAREFULLY. STUDY ASSIDUOUSLY. Why are you so VERY BADLY MISTAKEN? Both lamps on streetlamp pole 0586 have NOT been resolved. Your "routine inspections" have NOT picked up this issue. It has NOT been resolved. The lamps do NOT work. They have NOT been fixed. Despite reporting this issue SIXTEEN WEEKS AGO. See reports FMS3752189, FMS3816674 and FMS3959601. This is a dangerous junction on a Red Route. Why are you so slow and so VERY BADLY INFORMED? DO NOT CLOSE THIS REPORT OR CHANGE STATE TO "FIXED" UNTIL BOTH LAMPS HAVE DEFINITELY BEEN REPAIRED. Now read the above again. CAREFULLY.
