Builders hoarding is completely blocking footpath

Reported via mobile in the Hoardings blocking carriageway or footway category anonymously at 18:13, Mon 5 December 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4016820.

Builders developing a former garage block have completely blocked the pavement for about 10 metres with hoarding forcing pedestrians into the road with no protection or to cross the road. I didn't think this was allowed and is quite dangerous. I cant see any permissions attached to the hoarding as expected in such situations.
