Light at bus stop not working for weeks

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4022122.

The bus stop has been unlit for weeks The area is very dark and makes vulnerable people feel unsafe

  • Bus stop is severely damaged. Looks as if a car has driven into it. It’s completely unsafe to use as there is broken glass everywhere as well as the shelter being bent and partially ripped From the ground as well as the seat split In half and plastic sticking out of it.

    Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. You will be pleased to know that our routine inspections had already picked up this issue and it has been resolved, Shelter was RTA'd and removed, new shelter upgraded shelter will be installed.
