Countdown still not working

Sent to TfL 4 days, 22 hours, 17 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS4025845.

I have reported this issue since December 2021. I went to the bus stop yesterday to see if it was working, but unfortunately it is still not fixed. I know you were waiting for parts but this should not be taking a whole year to fix. When will somebody fix this please. How long should this reasonably take to fix? Surely not a whole year. Get it fixed please.
