Sunken sewer cover - vibrations felt in nearby residential buildings

Dear all,
The sewer manhole cover opposite The Northumberland Arms (141 Kings Cross Road) has sunk and is unstable. The main issue is the vibrations generated by this sewer hole, as the passage of vehicles (especially TfL busses and lorries) can be felt in surrounding buildings. The vibration issue had been fixed in the last year and they had stopped completely, however on 28 November 2022 a heavy/loud "thud" was heard from our property, which made our floor shake. It seems the sewer may have collapsed then, as vibrations can be felt since. Could you please inspect this particular hole and make the necessary fixes, in particular around resistance to heavy vehicles?
Kind regards
