Hi Lights are all out in the pedestrian subway under the A406.

  • Over the last eight weeks or so, the lights in the underpass between Bell Lane and the North Circular have not been working. I am referring to the lights in the tunnel next to the playground and little river (Capital Ring underpass). The lights have been turned completely off, or they have stopped working, making the whole area very dark - even during the day - and very unsafe to walk in. It is very inconvenient not to able to use it, even by day, for fear of not being able to see properly and feeling generally unsafe. Please can this matter, which has already been reported several times be rectified ASAP and can there please be a system in place whereby the whole area is well lit and maintained as such.
