No grit/salt on bridge - Thick frozen ice on footpath - dangerous

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4033599.

No grit/salt on footpath on railway bridge crossing the river, making it extremely dangerous for pedestrians. Thick ice across the whole thing.
