I am 76, disabled with 2 serious health conditions and I have been subjected to days and nights of continuous banging. As you can imagine this is elevating my health issues and my right to be able to sleep. I understand from the residents of Arbor apartments that it is due to a faulty manhole cover which apparently was not successfully attended to. The noise is outside 246-248 Kilburn High Rd. Please address immediately before it does any further damage to my health.
