Missing turning cone

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4045409.

There is no turning cone on the crossing box on the corner of Longlands Road and Station Road outside Toscana restaurant. This has been removed and there is now a hole where the turning cone should be. My child is blind and uses the turning cone as his way of identifying when it is safe to cross the road (in addition to the audible beeps when they are available). Therefore, the lack of turning cone is impeding his ability to feel safe crossing this road independently.
