Blocked drains outside 203 Whitechapel Road Whitechapel market and it’s causing flooding and affecting peoples stalls

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days. Hello there. Flooding in front of Shop in 172 Commercial Road Lonodn E1 2JY. After raining flooding water in front of my Business shop. Thats big problem for my Customers and passerby. When bus, truck pass by the road water spread and its hit on pub;ic and reach to my shop. Last 4-5 weeks its hapening and no people come and see from council. Please have a look footage whats going on here. Please come and fix as soon as possible.
