I am contacting with regard to the phasing of the lights at the junction of the A243 and B280

I often travel from the M25 along the A243 towards Chessington/Surbiton, and nearly always find there is a very long queue at these traffic lights, I wondered if it would be possible for someone from the traffic management department to have a look at this junction and check the phasing of these light is correct.
