A temporary ramp was built on the cyclepath to allow cyclist to bypass Castle Baynard Street and use the underpass while works were being done to a building above. This ramp then traps water that can't drain away flooding the westbound cycle lane and making is dangerous for cyclists. Either the ramp should be removed or a method to drain water put in.
