Blocked drains outside 474 Archway Road

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4053278.
I just wanted to follow up on this having received a notification on the 2nd December saying that this issue has been resolved. Whilst the standing water is indeed no longer present, the drains, in particular the one outside 474 Archway Road, remains blocked (see attached photograph).
My partner and I were forced to manually unblock several drains but fear that given the extensive blocking of drains like this one, it could well flood again.
The pictured drain clearly requires specialist attention.
