Traffic lights at junction of portobello and Westbourne Grove

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4054907.

The same problem I reported yesterday. Lights stuck on red on north junction of portobello rd and Westbourne Grove. You always say you checked it out and there was either no problem or previously fixed. I am not convinced you have ever checked it out and they have very very rarely worked in the the 6 last 6 weeks. One of these day a foreign pedestrian will look the wrong way and will be hit by a frustrated delivery scooter or a car.

Please sort it out and please don't tell me you checked it out and it's all working fine. This has been like this for 6 weeks.
