Sinking drain on carrigageway

Sinking drain and broken asphalt,asphalt being flicked up by lorries onto path,nearly hit by some this morning.Problem on eastbound carriageway on Roehampton Vale A3 outside number 14,roehampton vale SW15 3RY,been sinking for awhile,was never repaired when all the others were repaired3-4 months ago.REOCCURING PROBLEM AS YOU KNOW.Most have to be repaired 2-3 times a year since lightercovers were fitted when road was last resurfaced.
