Traffic signals stuck on red on Turnpike Lane at the junction with Alexandra Road

@tfl @ContactHaringey @haringeycouncil the lights on the junction between Turnpike Lane & Alexandra Road have failed again! The side road has been red for at least 10mins. Not the first time this has been reported either!

  • These replacement traffic lights are now broken again, causing more noise pollution in a residential area. This could very easily also cause an accident, especially if like last time, someone takes it upon themselves to move the traffic replacement traffic light.

  • The lights are still stuck on red so one can’t turn out of Alexandra Rd at all. Waited over 10 minutes at 11:38 to 11:48 this morning. Had to go through the red light as huge queue of cars behind on Alexandra Rd, all flashing lights and honking the horns. There will be a serious accident here soon. Please check this and repair urgently
