Pedestrian crossing button stuck

Reported via mobile in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 17:03, Tue 27 December 2022

Sent to TfL 5 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS4060731.

The button is stuck in like someone has pressed it so every time it thinks there's someone on the crossing when there is not. Lights change to red pretty much instantly after going green every time

  • There is already a fault on the site for this issue that requires a part to be replaced which is in hand with the relevant Contractor. I have chased them for this issue. MF
