Bins filled with diesel

We received a report of two bins filled with diesel that had been left by the Fire Brigade after they attended to an emergency. The FB put the diesel in the bins, but they have been left there for a couple of weeks. I would have thought that the FB would be the ones to remove this as it is a hazard. Have reported to Greenwich Council as it's their bins, but they are located on a Red Route on Shooters Hill Road (A2).Can they be cleared please? I have attached photos. Many thanks.
