Unattended works

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4063553.

The works have been in place for about 12 days now. All that is required appears to be the relaying of brick pavement - the hole has been filled in for about a week. Nothing has been done for about a week but the traffic control lights are still in place. This is the South Circular Road and a red route!! Its crazy
