A very large pothole or missing manhole on the outside lane on the eastbound carriageway on the A40 flyover near Ladbroke Grove

  • Pothole is still here, have just bust my tyre driving through it, currently sat in a recovery truck as cannot drive my car, this needs to be made safe ASAP as its dangerous
