Glass pannels loose and may shatter

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4066799.

Two glass panels loose and rattling in strong wind. 2 brackets need fastening otherwise the glass will shatter and fall on passengers. Some glass is chipped out already
