Traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4068145.

Turning right in dedicated RH turn lane going from A24 northbound onto A239 still stuck on red. Multiple cycles of the lights and stayed red throughout. Looks to have been reported in 16 December but was still faulty on 27 December. Cars having to drive through red light as no other option once cars in that lane.
